We're seeking a T-shaped, growth-focused marketing professional to own our marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels. This role is perfect for a smart, adaptable marketer with B2B SaaS experience who can produce diverse content types and drive measurable growth.
The role is suited to a T-shaped marketer who can create diverse content formats and run data-driven experiments to improve user acquisition and retention.
- Create educational and promotional content, including blog posts, landing pages, LinkedIn updates, case studies, YouTube videos, and knowledge-base articles.
- Plan and manage weekly webinars and oversee monthly newsletters and email campaigns.
- Coordinate channel partnerships, co-marketing programs, and influencer relationships.
- Monitor, analyze, and report PPC performance on Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Define goals, maintain existing channels, and conduct cross-channel performance analysis.
- Design and run experiments to evaluate and scale new marketing channels.
Required qualifications:
- At least 2 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, preferably with products priced around $2k–$5k ACV.
- Proven ability to produce educational and promotional content across multiple formats.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing PPC campaigns and using analytics tools.
- Familiarity with applicant-tracking systems or background in HR technology/recruitment.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for content creation.
- Demonstrated success in growing SaaS products.
